Executive Coaching

One on one connection for sustained growth.

Executive coaching is a terrific way to get started together, to sustain growth and performance between consulting projects, or when any member of a team is ready to rise.

Available for individuals seeking to create new results, or for each member of your executive team. 

60 minute video immersive calls: 

  • FOUNDATIONS: Three months of sustained support including weekly 60 minute collaborative calls to define your vision, align your team, and elevate your personal performance. You’ll receive distilled insights and targeted follow-ups to make the most of the time between sessions.

  • SPRINT: Three individual calls, for on-demand immersion when you’ve got an immediate opportunity or issue calling for resolution. We can sequence these in tight succession to give you the lift you need, or string multiple sprints together to ensure you have resourcing and dedicated support when you need it.

Fractional COO

Deep engagement and immediate executive capacity at any scale.

Fractional Chief Operating Officer or Chief Revenue Officer engagements are custom arrangements when we need liftoff and already know we are highly effective working together. 

Typically preceded by a consulting engagement or coaching.

The executive team values data and agrees that if we don’t have the data to see clearly yet, we’ll get it before making big changes. Teams typically have at least three years of operating experience and financial history.

The organization has a strategy to directly address carbon emissions or public health, or is working to build one. I want to achieve Climate Drawdown in my daughter’s lifetime. When she asks me ‘You knew?! What did you do?’ I want to love my answer. For that reason, I now work exclusively with companies and organizations directly addressing the health of our communities and planet.
